This year's Texas State Fair's Big Tex Choice Awards goes to Mark Zable's fried beer. 

He calls it pretzel, but others have compared it to a Guinness-stuffed ravioli.  Before you think of quitting your day job and starting a food cart, think again.  He's getting the IP covered with a trademark.
