Ok, that was a new experience...two whiskies, one from the bottle and the other "sonically" aged. The hotel's bartenders are using a secret sonic process to speed up the aging process...muy rapido. You can clearly see the difference in the color...the taste difference was less pronounced, although the sonically aged one was a few degree smoother and didn't leave that throat burning sensation.
